Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in online sales (e.g., search, video, media) or business development.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales or media management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the online advertising industry.
  • Knowledge of Google product portfolio and brand market awareness.
  • Knowledge of established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent business, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Global Agency teams and Google Sales teams to build and execute partnership plans with agency partners.
  • Drive Google partnership to address agency business through commercial agreements, product, and scaled capability.
  • Develop and cultivate Google relationships with executives of brand agency partners driving the strategy, terms, and execution of annual agency partnership plans for Google.
  • Manage agency communications, structures, and relationships, as well as liaison between the agency ecosystem and Google for all brand activations.
  • Assess the brand product capabilities of agency partners to build and deliver training programs.
