Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, e-commerce, digital content management, and other operational experience.
  • Organizational leadership experience as a people manager overseeing operational teams vendor partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful).
  • Experience with merchandising promotions and SKU/Catalog management.
  • Experience with business process transformation, managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, and comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic, high-growth business environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities

  • Manage global work requests to set up, launch, and remove promotional discounts and supporting creative across the globe.
  • Run daily operations with the vendor team, which includes stand ups, troubleshooting, reporting, and conducting retrospectives and escalating as needed.
  • Monitor and share daily, weekly, monthly “dashboard” summaries of key operational data, such as the number of promotion requests received and executed.
  • Optimize current processes by identifying the pain points and gaps in workflow. Propose tools enhancements or automation efforts to reduce any manual efforts.
  • Partner with product management to ensure successful delivery of key features that improve team workflow. Create and maintain documentation of workflow to drive process/feature adoption across the team.
