Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in analytical roles in marketing, data science, product, or strategy functions, with 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing datasets using SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measuring campaigns, and identifying business opportunities.
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through excellent data intuition and business acumen.
- Experience managing cross-functional executive stakeholders.
- Experience building analytics teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage marketing analytics for Chrome, Android, or Google Play. Guide a team of analysts to establish success metrics and measure the impact of marketing activities.
- Translate business questions into analytical projects that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions. Deliver end-to-end analysis to influence marketing strategy by carrying out statistical or data-driven analysis that proves causality of marketing actions.
- Drive recommendations by analyzing structured and unstructured data environments. Work on large, complex data sets and develop decision making frameworks when data is limited.
- Partner cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams and effectively engage executive stakeholders across marketing, sales, and data science functions to execute high impact initiatives.
- Build a data-driven culture within marketing that is focused on learning, continuous experimentation, and upskilling analytic capabilities to improve strategy development.
