You will
- Oversee the development of communications strategy, plan, program management and execute as a Communications Business Partner on our Internal Communications team. In this role you will report to the Head of Internal Communications supporting Enterprise projects, change management communications and high-impact communications plans to support our executive team and business leaders.
- Develop content to support execution of content (emails, intranet articles, infographics, social media posts, scripts, town hall messaging, video etc.) and support communications campaigns designed to drive employee engagement and understanding of our strategy.
- Share content across multiple channels as part of omni-channel approach.
- Assist in activating enterprise-driven colleague engagement strategies, supporting leaders and working with HR business partners, chiefs of staff/operations leads and executive assistants.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all necessary partners have provided input on materials/projects

You have
- Minimum of 7-10 years of communications experience, preferably in the Insurance/Financial Services industry or other highly regulated industry; internal communications experience desired
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Successful track record for executing internal communications campaigns and developing strong working relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment where you juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Hybrid with 3 days in office in our New York NY office
- Up to 20% travel within US.
Salary Range
$126,970.00 - $208,600.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
