Come work with us in our Boston or Manchester location. We work 2 days in the office on Tuesday & Thursday, and 3 days you can work from anywhere on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The Integrated Media Planner is responsible for helping to drive media strategy, research and planning across key accounts, in addition to campaign creation and optimization. Reporting to the Associate Media Director, the Integrated Media Planner will make strategic recommendations for media spend allocation, see plans through to completion and ensure that campaigns are launched properly and optimized towards efficiency and effectiveness in achieving KPIs. The Integrated Media planner works closely with the Associate Media Director and participates in plan presentations to clients.


  • Responsible for staying on top of latest media trends, technologies and ad platforms and sharing information with larger team/educate; Must have a passion for exploring cutting edge media platforms

  • Develop and nurture media partner relationships


  • Work collaboratively with integrated media team across all traditional (TV, Radio, Print, OOH) and digital (programmatic, SEM, ecommerce, organic and paid social, influencers) media to support the development and execution of media plans by helping to:
  • Select media channels and make recommendations based on client campaign goals
  • Understand the pros/cons of each media type and how that relates to individual client

strategies (traditional and digital media)

  • Evaluate media kit information, client proposals and costs; Provide POVs
  • Negotiate rates and makegoods as needed
  • Management of some media accounts with minimal supervision
  • Development and ongoing management of media flowcharts and budget allocation/reconciliation
  • Ongoing campaign monitoring – ensuring TV/Radio/Print spots/ads run as planned; optimization of digital occurs throughout duration
  • Monitor, analyze, optimize, and educate based on campaign performance with recommendations on inventory, channel and creative shifts; stay abreast of reporting schedules established using the Tableau dashboard to create client reports
  • Participate in regular internal and client meetings

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans, campaign set up, trafficking and tracking
  • Collaborate with account, production, and data/analytics teams for creative rotation and production team for deadlines and specs, along with media team for proper campaign set up and tracking
  • Set up digital campaigns and tracking


  • Be self-motivated, proactive, reliable, accountable, detail oriented and analytical


  • 2+ years agency experience planning and buying both traditional and digital channels across multiple verticals, with increasing responsibility (e.g., ad agency media department, media company or client side)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in ad serving and self-service platforms as well as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain and meet client deadlines
  • Knowledge of DCM, Kantar, MRI and Strata, a plus
