Senior Project Manager – AI Acceleration & Hire-to-Retire Transformation

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our HR Team in North America, reporting to Senior Director, HR Operations. In this pivotal role as Infoblox accelerates AI transformation through our enterprise-wide Project Rosie initiative, you will drive execution, structure, and accountability across key workstreams including for People Data Strategy and the adjacent Hire-to-Retire (H2R) transformation track that reimagines the employee (Bloxer) lifecycle experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional and technical stakeholders and with AI strategy leaders, you will be a central operational lead, ensuring workstream alignment, milestone delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous progress tracking and will propel progress in our phase one focus areas: talent acquisition, onboarding, development, internal mobility, and data transformation. You will be critical in operationalizing vision into action, helping connect the strategy dots and ensuring forward momentum. As Infoblox lays the foundation for a data-driven, AI-powered HR future, this role ensures that ambition is matched with clear ownership, structure, and delivery.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Program Execution & Project Coordination
    • Manage end-to-end planning and execution for the People Data Strategy track and broader H2R efforts under Project Rosie.
    • Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution timelines across multiple tracks.
    • Drive clarity and decision-making by facilitating weekly workstream check-ins, tracking blockers, and surfacing risks to leadership proactively.
    • Collaborate with Project Rosie’s Program Manager to ensure alignment with enterprise-level AI acceleration initiatives.
  • Workstream Rhythm & Governance
    • Build and sustain operating cadences across tracks: standups, milestone reviews, and executive status reporting.
    • Own and maintain structured documentation (e.g., RAID logs, meeting notes, issue trackers).
    • Partner with functional and technical stakeholders across HR, IT, PMO, and Analytics to ensure interdependencies are proactively managed.
  • AI Initiative Orchestration
    • Track and coordinate the delivery of AI agent implementations, process automations, and data modernization milestones across the H2R lifecycle.
    • Support enablement of AI-related change management initiatives and pilot rollouts (e.g., PIE dashboards, AskHR bots, onboarding agents).
    • Assist in prioritization and backlog grooming of AI use cases based on business impact and readiness.
  • Communication & Change Support
    • Develop high-quality executive updates, stakeholder decks, and workstream summaries.
    • Partner with track SMEs to document progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
    • Help drive change readiness by coordinating training materials, engagement campaigns, and feedback loops.

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 5-8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in HR transformation, data strategy, or digital/AI innovation
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project management frameworks, with demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional, matrixed teams
  • Background in HR tech, people analytics, or enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • Proficiency with relevant systems including PM tools, MS 365 environment, etc.
  • Ability to operate with a builder mindset - flexible, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications in the HR space is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, analytics, or another related field

One Year: 90%+ on-time milestone delivery across owned tracks, along with high stakeholder satisfaction and visible progress in priority areas (e.g., data dashboards, onboarding, automation).
