Field Marketing Specialist - Americas East

We have an opportunity for an Field Marketing Specialist – Americas East to join our Global Field Marketing team in the US, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing - Americas. In this remote role, you will help oversee Americas Field Marketing operations, actively participate in planning and execution for marketing programs and events, support vendor relations, collaborate cross-functionally, and get hands-on experience with several other aspects of marketing. In this highly collaborative role, you will work alongside the Field Marketing Managers to help bring marketing programs to life (in-person events, virtual events, door openers, digital programs, social media campaigns, and more) and learn the ins and outs of the Field Marketing world! You will be part of a close-knit team of global marketers who are equal parts creative, data-driven, and passionate. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Chicago or further east to ensure alignment with the regions supported.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs and events—conduct venue and vendor research and selection, manage contracts and logistics, oversee material shipments, and ensure seamless on-site execution with appropriate staffing
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing Operations to develop and launch compelling campaign assets—including emails, landing pages, and supporting materials—co-manage timelines to ensure high-quality, on-brand campaigns are delivered on schedule
  • Execute A/B tests, monitor campaign performance, and support reporting efforts to uncover insights and optimize future marketing initiatives
  • Clean and upload lead data from programs—ensure accuracy, include clear and actionable hand-off notes for BDRs, and act with urgency to enable timely follow-up
  • Design and implement scalable tools and streamlined processes that enhance team productivity and drive operational excellence across marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing Managers in managing and tracking program budgets—create purchase requests in Oracle Fusion, ensure timely vendor invoicing, process payments via P-Card when applicable, and maintain weekly spend forecasts and actuals in Monday.com. Collaborate with Finance to align on payment processes and best practices
  • Own vendor relationships—manage inventory ordering, streamline shipping processes, and drive seasonal innovation with standout giveaways that elevate the brand experience
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication while managing multiple projects, timelines, and processes with precision—apply meticulous attention to detail and stay highly organized to deliver results efficiently and effectively
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and other key teams to ensure alignment, drive campaign success, support seamless program execution, and share feedback loops

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a foundational understanding of how marketing functions in a business-to-business environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
  • Candidate must be based in the United States, in Chicago or further east to ensure alignment with the regions supported
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint); experience with Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Salesforce, Tableau, and Oracle Fusion is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Latin America
  • Willingness to start in a supporting role, with a growth mindset and desire to take on end-to-end program ownership over time
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse yourself in our culture, build strong relationships with your core team, and connect with cross-functional stakeholders who rely on your work. Learn our foundational marketing tools and processes, begin contributing to tactical program execution, and collaborate on setting short- and long-term goals.

Six Months: You’ll be a confident contributor, actively supporting East Field Marketing Managers in planning and executing programs across the region. You’ll navigate marketing tools and processes with ease, manage logistics independently, and begin to take ownership of repeatable program elements. Your growing familiarity with cross-functional teams and campaign workflows will allow you to provide meaningful input and help drive successful outcomes.

One Year: You’ll be ready to own the planning and execution of turnkey programs from start to finish. With a strong grasp of our systems, processes, and team dynamics, you’ll lead initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to strategic planning. You’ll also begin designing and implementing scalable tools and streamlined processes that enhance team productivity and drive operational excellence across marketing initiatives. Your impact will be felt in the quality of execution, operational efficiency, and the strength of collaboration across teams. You’ll be a trusted partner in helping scale Field Marketing efforts across the Americas.
