Senior Field Marketing Manager - New Logos

We have an opportunity for a Senior Field Marketing Manager – New Logos to join our Global Field Marketing team in the US, reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will align with our New Logo West & New Logo East teams in the US to design strategic programs that generate leads and pipeline for these regions, supporting sales bookings targets. Collaborating closely with Sales to understand their priorities, target accounts, pipeline coverage, and top channel partners, you will define and determine the optimal marketing plan—including live events, virtual events, door openers, pilot programs, digital programs, and a variety of other end-user demand generation activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of Americas Field Marketers who are equal parts creative, data-driven, and passionate—as well as a part of a larger Global Field Marketing organization with colleagues in EMEA and APJ. You’re the ideal candidate if you are a strategic thinker with a successful track record of leading and executing creative and strategic new logo marketing initiatives and thrive in an environment where you have the freedom to experiment and continuously test innovative ideas. This is a remote role and candidates may be based anywhere in the United States.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Partner with regional sales leaders to establish marketing priorities that align with both corporate objectives and local business needs
  • Build pipeline forecasts with Sales based on a deep understanding of the contributions from various marketing tactics executed by both field and corporate teams
  • Proactively explore and test new tactics to reach new logo accounts and drive engagement
  • Lead marketing activities end-to-end—from planning through execution—ensuring timely, strategic follow-up and alignment with sales goals
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, BDRs, Channel, Product & Solution Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and other key stakeholders
  • Expand the database of targetable contacts within the right accounts, job levels, and geographies
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Manage the regional budget and develop a quarterly marketing investment plan that reflects business priorities
  • Own your data—measure, analyze, and report on marketing activities to assess pipeline contribution, marketing effectiveness, and ROI
  • Partner with Sales and the Customer Marketing team to grow the library of customer references and case studies

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
  • 10+ years of technology marketing experience—ideally in Field Marketing for enterprise security, networking, and/or cloud organizations
  • Proven track record of building and executing new logo marketing strategies that implement diverse demand generation tactics to engage target personas throughout the buying journey
  • Skilled at building trust, fostering strong relationships, and leading cross-functional marketing programs that drive alignment and results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging, influence alignment, and collaborate confidently across all levels of management and functional disciplines
  • Strong aptitude for balancing regional business needs with corporate priorities
  • Solid understanding of how to leverage distributors and channel partners to amplify and scale marketing program execution
  • Proficiency with key tools—including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), Monday.com, Salesforce, and Tableau—is a strong differentiator
  • Willingness and availability to travel within your supported regions for field events and Marketing/Sales meetings (approximately 30% travel)

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: In your first 90 days, your focus will be on immersion and connection. You’ll dive into Infoblox’s culture and build strong relationships with the Field Marketing team, regional Sales teams, and key cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll take time to understand how we work—learning our foundational marketing tools, processes, and reporting dashboards. You’ll also audit existing programs to identify what is and isn’t working well, and meet with focus channel partners to understand their role in driving new logo acquisition. You’ll begin contributing to program planning and execution while collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership to set short- and long-term goals. This foundational period will set the stage for strategic alignment and impact in your regions.

Six Months: By six months, you’ll be fully aligned with your regional Sales teams on priorities and pipeline goals. You’ll have a clear understanding of how Field Marketing is measured and how your efforts contribute to lead generation, pipeline, and bookings. You’ll confidently navigate Infoblox’s marketing systems and reporting tools, and you’ll have developed strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and focus channel partners. You’ll own program planning and execution end-to-end, from ideation to follow-up, and begin formulating a strategic go-to-market plan tailored to your regions. You’ll also launch pilot programs, collaborate with channel partners to co-develop joint initiatives, and actively contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews.

One Year: At the one-year mark, you’ll be in the driver’s seat—leading regional marketing efforts with confidence and executing your strategic marketing plans. You’ll hold Sales and cross-functional teams accountable for driving results through your programs, and you’ll consistently meet or exceed lead generation, pipeline, and bookings targets. You’ll manage your budget with precision, ensuring full execution without overspend, and you’ll increase channel contribution to the business through innovative, joint marketing programs. You’ll bring fresh ideas to the table, share best practices with your Field Marketing peers across regions, and contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Your impact will be visible not only in the numbers, but in the trust and alignment you’ve built across the organization.

Belong— Your Community

Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward. In a community where every voice counts, continuous learning is the norm. So, whether you code, create, sell, or care for customers, you’ll grow and belong here.
