AI Enablement Specialist
We have an opportunity for an AI Enablement Specialist to work within our Corporate Marketing team. This remote short-term engagement (4-6 months) focuses on designing, testing and deploying AI-powered systems that embed Infoblox’s brand governance into enterprise-approved tools and amplify the brand influence across touchpoints and platforms. The AI Enablement Specialist will collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, and IT teams to build compliant, scalable flows and applications that foster brand consistency, scale the business and enable Infoblox teams to independently sustain and build upon these systems after the engagement ends. This is a remote contract role and can be located anywhere in the continental U.S.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Audit Infoblox’s current brand and content workflows/processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI enablement
- Create AI agents (or other tools) that leverage Natural Language Processing to facilitate creation of content that adheres to brand principles and guidelines for perpetual, long-term use
- Build agents that will train users on how to leverage Corporate Marketing AI tools
- Embed Infoblox brand guidelines directly into AI-powered platforms and workflows ensuring all produced content (campaign copy, websites, productmessaging, internal comms) is brand compliant and consistent
- Leverage existing, procured applications and tools to optimize Corporate Marketing processes that create efficiencies for the team while also benefitting the organization at scale
- Build pilot AI systems (e.g. custom GPTs, agents, tone-of-voice libraries, governance frameworks) and refine them through iterative testing
- Develop guardrails and human-in-the-loop processes to reduce risk, errors and off-brand messaging
- Partner with Brand, Marketing and IT teams to design scalable AI workflows that integrate with approved enterprise tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, Glean, etc.)
- Train and enable Bloxers to confidently use Corporate Marketing’s newly created AI-generated tools, ensuring sustainable adoption
- Participate in Infoblox’s AI enablement sessions to glean best practices that we can adopt in the creation of our AI-powered tools/systems
- Deliver structured training programs and resources, including guidance for updating AI-powered frameworks, maintaining brand quality after the engagement ends
- Provide expertise on AI market trends and advise on/vet brand and marketing-related tools that would warrant investment consideration
- Represent Corporate Marketing in the creation and development of workflows that integrate an authoritative source of content with downstream platforms (i.e., a term/content database that facilitates real-time brand consistency on internal and external-facing domains and touchpoints)
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 5 – 10 years of experience in technical enablement, program management, or organizational change, with a strong focus on driving technology adoption, deep familiarity with AI concepts (generative AI, LLMs), and proven success in translating technical tools into business value.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise AI platforms and (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, Claude, Glean, Gemini) and custom workflow setup across various tech stacks
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Marketing and Design to deliver scalable systems
- A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize AI efforts based on impact to the company, taking into consideration realistic timeframes, investment and bandwidth
- Ability to guide and enable non-experts to effectively use AI-generated tools and applications
- Ability to work alongside peers and stakeholders with varying levels of AI skillset and understanding.
- Strategic mindset: comfortable balancing near-term deliverables with building sustainable systems for the future
