Position Responsibilities:
Drive the US Segment Strategy with direct accountability to the Head of US Strategy & Transformation.
Provide timely data and insights to stakeholders to support the acceleration of strategic objectives.
Deliver comprehensive, forward-looking advisory services to senior management.
Maintain an effective monitoring framework and process to ensure successful strategy execution.
Collaborate with Business Unit Strategy teams and support internal and external strategic communications.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Quantified years of experience with tools/software/etc.
Advanced degree in business or equivalent.
Licenses if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in management consulting.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships in a matrixed organization.
Strong financial services business acumen in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of large-scale transformation strategic plans.
Ability to set, manage, and work to the expectations of stakeholders.

Salary range is expected to be between
$86,325.00 USD - $155,385.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
