The Power Platform Technical Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and scalability of our Power Platform environment.
Increase usage of Power Platform globally including Copilot Studio AI Agent adoption requires additional expertise.
Office location: Montreal - QC or Waterloo - ON or Toronto - ON or Halifax - Canada or Boston - USA
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days from Office, 2 days from Home);
Remote working option is not available.
Position Responsibilities:
Platform Reliability Management & Troubleshooting
Investigate and resolve issues related to app performance, data integration, and automation failures.
Address issue and engage with users to povide Tier 2/3 support for Power Platform applications and flows.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Platform Maintenance
Monitor platform health, usage, and performance metrics.
Manage environment configurations, security roles, and data policies.
Perform routine audits and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Conduct training sessions and create user guides for business users.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements.
Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and improve user experience.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years IT industry experience
Must have 2+ years of industry experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and environment management.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services and Azure Active Directory.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with governance and administration of Power Platform environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and ALM for Power Platform.
Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) is a plus.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200) are an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between
