The Sales Enablement Center team is a group of specialists committed to enhancing sales performance and streamlining processes within the distribution team. Their focus is on developing strategies for growth by empowering and equipping our sales team for success.

We are seeking a Business Analyst, Sales Technology to join our dynamic and growing team. This individual will play a key role in continuously improving and enhancing our business technologies and ensuring the integrity of our data through a robust data governance program, all while optimizing our business processes.

This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across business processes, technology platforms, and user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Requirements Development: Translate business needs into clear, comprehensive requirement documents and technical specifications across multi‑technology projects.
  • Process & Technology Enhancement: Identify opportunities to design, implement, and optimize new and existing business processes and systems.
  • Salesforce Administration: Manage Salesforce and third‑party integrations by designing, testing, documenting, and supporting enhancements, resolving issues, and implementing user experience improvements.
  • Agile & Best Practices: Ensure solutions follow software best practices within an agile SDLC framework.
  • Continuous Improvement: Deliver ongoing enhancements while maintaining a long‑term strategic view of system and process evolution.
  • Project Coordination: Support and participate in multiple concurrent initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience working with the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is a plus but not required.
  • Business Analysis Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Financial Services Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services or a general understanding of financial services operations.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in requirements solicitation and writing, creating process maps, flow diagrams, reference guides, and other supporting documentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: High competence and working knowledge of PC-based software such as MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Windows.
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with systems like Salesforce.com products, Salesvue, Seismic, Microsoft Azure/Power BI, and Microsoft O365.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Knowledge of Salesforce's different modules, objects, and capabilities.
  • Time Management: Highly motivated with experience managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Problem-Solving Passion: Possess a passion for digging deeper to uncover new approaches and solutions.

Salary range is expected to be between

$73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
