The Sales Enablement Center team is a group of specialists committed to enhancing sales performance and streamlining processes within the distribution team. Their focus is on developing strategies for growth by empowering and equipping our sales team for success.

We are seeking a Business Analyst, Sales Technology to join our dynamic and growing team to drive successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, JHINI, and other sales technologies. This role serves as a bridge between business users and technical teams, executing on the technology strategy, translating business needs into clear requirements while ensuring solutions are adoption‑ready, scalable, and aligned to sales workflows.

This individual plays a critical role in enhancing sales productivity through thoughtful solution design, strong change management, and user‑centered implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Create clear business requirement documents, process flows, and supporting documentation aligned to the overall technology strategy.
  • Document, manage, and refine business requirements spanning Salesforce, JHINI, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions that drive process and technology improvements.

Salesforce & Sales Technology Enablement

  • Identify, design, test, and support sales technology enhancements and third‑party integrations.
  • Address platform defects, enhancements, and minor configuration changes to improve user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing tools and introduce new capabilities that improve sales workflows and business processes.
  • Ensure Salesforce is optimized and continuously improved as the primary system of engagement for sales teams.

Adoption, Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and business leaders to drive adoption through intentional solution design, rollout planning, and user‑centered change management.
  • Act as a daily liaison to users, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
  • Focus on long‑term platform health while delivering incremental enhancements aligned to evolving business needs.

Delivery & Agile Practices

  • Support delivery within an agile SDLC framework, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in multiple technology initiatives and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactively identify and propose opportunities for automation and optimization across technologies and business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Business Analysis Experience: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience; Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is a plus but not required.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Knowledge of Salesforce's different modules, objects, and capabilities.
  • Enablement Tools: Experience supporting sales enablement tools and CRM platforms
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in requirements solicitation and writing, creating process maps, flow diagrams, reference guides, and other supporting documentation
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, oral, and communication abilities.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Problem-Solving Passion: Possess a passion for digging deeper to uncover new approaches and solutions.
  • Financial Services Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services or a general understanding of financial services operations.
  • Autonomy and Team Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously while excelling in a team-based environment.
  • Time Management: Highly motivated with experience managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Salary range is expected to be between

$73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
