The Global Digital Product Manager is responsible for the execution on product strategy/roadmap for our Global Corporate website, and the Adobe Experience Manager components that act as the foundation for all Manulife Investment Management’s digital properties. The Manager will work with business partners & internal/external design & development teams to implement and iterate them. This role will initiate and prioritize projects that drive excellent customer experience, and generate business value!
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the redesign of Manulife Investment Management’s global corporate website, and continue to evolve it to ensure it has clear objective, and delivers value as part of the overall Manulife digital ecosystem
Drive the strategy and the execution of Manulife Investment Management’s Adobe Experience Manager components, the foundation of our digital experience. You will work with stakeholders and partners to implement AEM components that elevates our client experience, and drive customer engagement with our digital offerings
Lead the strategy of global shared digital platforms, identify areas of opportunity to leverage platforms across regions to improve digital experience, and drive efficiency
Clearly present product concepts, roadmap, and delivery timeline to business stakeholders
Take product enhancements and new product launches from start to finish thinking through each detail and delivering solid results, collaborating with cross functional teams for every stage of product development
Manage Program Backlog and other means to achieve and maintain targeted business objectives.
Champion user-centric design, leveraging user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to facilitate building advisor-centric products
Work with stakeholders on responding to bugs and critical customer facing issues.
Managing and updating the team backlog with quality grooming.
Act as a Business Process owner within the Agile development process.
Work with internal teams on performing analysis and generating requirements, evaluate the feasibility and technical alternatives, prioritize and generate a deliverable
Proven ability to understand customers' operations and business drivers and translate them into product requirements.
Always work with the teams to ensure value delivery, and ensure an adoption strategy is in place.
Responsible to identify and carefully consider which activities will produce the most business value
Overall experience of 6-8 years with 4+ years of web content management system
Knowledge in AEM foundational concept
Knowledge on latest AEM features
Vendor relationship management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
10+ years experience
Working knowledge of financial services products, sales cycle and market
Ability to manage key performance indicators (KPI’s) and leverage reporting data to provide insight to the business and make strategic business recommendations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct user/design research or work closely with design researchers
Ability to understand and navigate the challenges inherent in a larger organization while staying productive, creative, and engaged

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
