We are currently looking for a Support Analyst to join our team at Manulife. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by providing technical expertise and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Navigator system and Disability Tax processes. You will help resolve complex issues, support internal teams, and deliver a high level of service to both clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex inquiries related to Navigator system support and Disability Tax, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Perform operational tasks such as handling stores, GWIZ requests, orphaned payments, and duplicate tax slip creation.
  • Execute recurring maintenance activities, including system updates and audit documentation.
  • Manage security access, user profiles, and system permissions for Disability and Group Life operations.
  • Partner with the Tax Business Analyst to support the annual Disability Tax project.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and client-focused manner.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Disability insurance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with the Navigator system.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Salary range is expected to be between

$51 975,00 CAD - $86 625,00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
