About Us
Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst/Associate – Growth & Strategy. In this high-impact role, you will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, analyze business performance, and support investment decisions across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, evaluating new business models, and delivering data-driven insights to shape the company's long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of financial insights on a monthly and quarterly basis, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable takeaways for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), to assess performance against strategic goals and provide insights that support data-driven decision-making
- Identify and proactively address financial or operational issues, recommending solutions that are scalable and aligned with long-term business objectives
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business cases for leadership and business partners, providing clear, actionable recommendations
- Review and manage complex financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives
- Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives across the organization, providing financial expertise and analytical support to drive business results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance or other analytical field preferred, MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and an ownership mindset
- Experience in automation and data management tools (Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, etc.) preferred
