Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Wealth Analyst position works on our Ultra High Net Worth advisory team, working with our wealthiest and most complex clients. The work can be demanding, but those who do well in this role are excited by the uniqueness and challenges of the populations we service. In this role, you are responsible for providing technical support to the advisory team by data gathering, scenario building, investment analysis, and plan presentation. You will also assist in the preparation and review of personal financial statements, allocation tables, portfolio transitions, estate planning modeling, presentation decks, and participate in internal strategy discussions for clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Review, model, analyze, and rebalance investment portfolios.
  • Develop an understanding of investments, markets, and planning.
  • Create balance sheets, allocation reports, performance reports, cash flow analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and other client reports.
  • Assist in all aspects of client service, including but not limited to spreadsheets, analyses, letters, tax documentation, emails, presentations, and data input.
  • Create and deliver prospective client proposals and inventories.
  • Become an expert in one of the core disciplines/tools (technology, concept, etc.)
  • Ongoing demonstration of interest to learn beyond the regular office environment. Purposely educate junior teammates to ensure their success.

  • Understanding of basic planning to service ULTR clients


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar role required. Internship experience may be applicable.
  • Advanced degree, designations, and/or certifications preferred (CPA, CFP, MBA, etc.). Demonstrated related experience may substitute for preferred education.
  • Series 65 Required (Series 7 or 66 may be used as substitute). Must be obtained within three months of employment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of talent across multiple US geographic markets. The base pay for this position across all US geographic markets ranges from $90,000.00/year to $110,000.00/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
