Job Summary

The Analyst, Organic Growth plays a key role in helping us identify, understand, and act on opportunities that drive meaningful results for our clients and our firm. This individual will partner closely with the Organic Growth Leadership Team to translate data into strategy — delivering insights that inform decision-making, shape our long-term vision, and strengthen Mariner’s competitive position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leverage client and prospect data to uncover insights that inform growth strategies and strengthen client relationships.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards, performance metrics, and visualizations that bring clarity and focus to key initiatives.
Evaluate the performance of strategic programs, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Partner across departments — from business development to client experience — ensuring growth initiatives are aligned, data-driven, and effectively executed.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
1–3 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, business strategy, or a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience
Hands-on experience creating and managing reports within Salesforce.
Familiarity with data and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
Skills
Strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a natural curiosity for uncovering insights and solving complex problems.
Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
Organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with data systems and reporting tools; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for technology.
