Our compensation reflects the cost of talent across multiple US geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

The Associate Wealth Consultant, Lead Desk, will be responsible for executing daily outbound sales calls, handling inbound inquiries, engaging in direct sales activities with prospective clients, and providing operational support to the sales organization. This role functions within the Organic Growth team and collaborates closely with Senior Wealth Consultants to support company revenue growth, specifically through client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales opportunities, meeting established performance metrics.

• Manage lead generation initiatives, call campaigns, and strategies to secure new clients.

• Engage with prospects through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and other approved communication channels.

• Follow established scripts and communication protocols, ensuring accurate record-keeping within the CRM system.

• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients, maintaining high levels of integrity and accountability.

• Collaborate effectively within a dynamic internal sales team, fostering open communication.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field from an accredited college or university strongly preferred

  • Series 65

  • 2+ years’ experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred
