ABOUT YOU
As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you approach complex security challenges with calm focus and strong analytical instincts, quickly spotting patterns, assessing risk, and making thoughtful decisions even under pressure. You stay curious and adaptable, continuously building your expertise as threats and technologies evolve, and you communicate clearly so teams across the organization can act with confidence. Your work style is disciplined and organized, balancing careful documentation with proactive problem solving, and you take pride in strengthening resilience, protecting systems, and ensuring the organization can operate safely and effectively.
What you will do:
- Continuously monitors cybersecurity systems, investigates alerts, and responds to incidents with strong analytical judgment and clear communication.
- Maintains and enhances security tools and infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and ensuring systems remain stable and protected.
- Supports organizational security through reporting, documentation, training efforts, and proactive measures that strengthen awareness and reduce risk.
- Collaborates with technical teams and stakeholders to securely implement systems, manage access, and optimize the overall security posture across the environment.
What you offer:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, cybersecurity certifications, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cybersecurity systems or enterprise systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, modern operating systems, and common hardware, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, VBScript), virtualization and cloud technologies (VMware, AWS/Azure), and enterprise‑level security monitoring tools.

This Cybersecurity Analyst protects the organization by continuously monitoring, strengthening, and maintaining cybersecurity systems to ensure the integrity, resilience, and safety of critical information assets. Through incident response, system administration, cross team collaboration, and user support, the position helps safeguard operations so the organization can continue delivering its mission without disruption.
