Administration and Finance is dedicated to effectively and responsibly planning, managing, and accounting for Massport’s financial resources. ABOUT YOU
As a Treasury Analyst, you are a highly analytical and detail-oriented treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, sound judgment, and financial stewardship are critical. You excel at managing complex financial information, building strong relationships with internal and external partners, leveraging technology and data to drive informed decision-making, and maintaining the highest standards of controls, compliance, risk management, and operational excellence while supporting the organization's financial objectives.
What you will do:
- Manages complex treasury operations, cash flows, and investment activities while ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of high-volume financial transactions and Authority funds.
- Cultivates strong relationships with financial institutions, business partners, and internal stakeholders to support effective cash management, operational excellence, and financial decision-making.
- Applies financial systems expertise, analytical skills, and data-driven insights to monitor performance, support reporting, and inform treasury and investment strategies.
- Maintains a strong commitment to compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement through effective controls, audit readiness, and adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
What you offer:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent professional work experience required.
- 1-3 years of treasury or cash management experience required; relevant finance or accounting experience may be considered. Must have demonstrated knowledge of and skills in accounting.
- Experience with automated on-line accounting systems.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database applications. Experience with a computerized financial accounting system (i.e. PeopleSoft Financials) preferred.

The salary range for this position is $73,878 - $86,946 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.

The Treasury Analyst manages Massport’s daily treasury operations, cash management activities, banking relationships, and short-term investments, ensuring the accurate movement, reporting, and safeguarding of Authority funds. The position also oversees treasury systems, financial controls, investment reporting, banking administration, and vendor payments to support the Authority’s financial operations and liquidity needs.
