You will operate at both the strategic and execution layers—shaping roadmaps, establishing governance, driving delivery discipline, and ensuring measurable value realization. This is a high‑visibility role with regular interaction with senior technology leaders and enterprise partners.

If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy orchestrating large-scale change, and excel at turning strategy into action, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence how enterprise platforms enable the workforce at scale.

The Team

  • Productivity & Content Platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian)
  • AI Enablement & Automation (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Enterprise Enablement, Adoption, and Change

The team operates globally and partners closely with Corporate Technology leaders, business stakeholders, security, architecture, finance, and vendors. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning strategy, execution, and adoption across this ecosystem.

The Impact

Program & Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of large, multi‑year enterprise platform programs from initiation through delivery and stabilization.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across multiple initiatives to ensure cohesive delivery across the enterprise enablement portfolio.

Strategic Planning & Governance

  • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery models.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including operating rhythms, executive readouts, risk escalation, and decision frameworks.
  • Ensure programs remain aligned with enterprise strategy, funding models, and architectural standards.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Partner with senior leaders, platform owners, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability.
  • Communicate complex program status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executive audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on execution strategy, sequencing, and capacity considerations.

Cross‑Functional Delivery

  • Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, architecture, security, operations, finance, and change/adoption teams.
  • Manage interdependencies across platforms, vendors, and business initiatives.
  • Enable teams to execute effectively by removing obstacles and improving delivery flow.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Own program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support business case development and value realization tracking.

Risk, Change & Adoption

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, operational, and organizational risks.
  • Lead change management planning in partnership with adoption and communications leads.
  • Ensure solutions are not only delivered, but successfully adopted and embedded into ways of working.

Continuous Improvement

  • Improve program management practices, tooling, and delivery standards across the portfolio.
  • Apply data and insights to optimize execution, sequencing, and decision‑making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, leading large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives
  • 8+ years of experience standing up and leading complex enterprise programs in technology‑driven environments

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated experience with organizational change management
  • Experience delivering platform, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise enablement initiatives
  • Strong command of program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or similar ecosystems
  • Program or portfolio management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Highly organized, proactive, and outcome‑oriented
