Account Director - Samsung

Job Summary

  • Under the direction of the Group Client Director, this role directs Influencer Marketing activities within the agency for a dedicated client ensuring client growth, profitability, and satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position may supervise up to four to six account managers and/or account executives.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Supervises strategic planning, development and implementation of client work.
  • Acts as a strategic problem solver across obstacles and opportunities within the flow of work.
  • Ensures there is a clear definition of and management to client success metrics.
  • Formulates plans to extend business with established accounts.
  • Supervises and participates in new-business development.
  • Prepares and manages both short and long term account financials.
  • Manages business to short and long term revenue/expense plans.
  • Aggregate management of a team that may consist of Account Managers and/or Account executives.
  • Creation of client specific pricing structures based on profitability analysis and growth strategies.
  • Client profitability analysis and management.
  • Creates Statement of Work for annual client agreements.
  • Conducts client specific industry research.
  • Creates Statement of Work for new business clients in conjunction with service delivery team leads.

Travel Requirements

  • This position may require occasional travel to meet clients and/or for all-company in-person meetings.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SALARY RANGE

Our estimated range for this role is $110k - $125k
