Purpose

To empower the internal creative workflow with the optimal tools, software and workflows required to produce exceptional work. Immerse themselves in the various creative work streams and identify gaps along with solutions by building relationships with stakeholders along the project lifecycle. Always looking for a better way in partnership with Agency Ops (Tech, PM) and Creative leads, whether that be procedure, systems, and/or tools, to generate the best creative output while being as efficient as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Seek, identify, and present optimized internal creative workflow / software / tech solutions to the Director, Operations on a monthly basis.
  • Manage creative software on an ongoing basis to ensure we are capitalizing on our agreements for optimal creative output; including but not limited to Adobe Suite, Monday.com, Monotype, Flexitive, Box, various routing & approval software, etc.
  • Work with the Director, Technology Operations, to identify technology gaps that limit the agency’s creative output and identify and properly vet the tools and solutions to address challenges.
  • Lead and execute engaging creative department workshops on a quarterly basis with CYLNDR stakeholders to ensure we are empowering “makers” with the latest software and workflow.
  • Represent equipment maintenance & supply needs from a creative standpoint and proactively mitigate issues by collaborating with creative stakeholders and Tech to action needs.
  • Create training materials for processes that fall within your remit.
  • Serve as a point of contact for creative vendors and meet with them as needed.
  • Potentially lead efforts in managing, reviewing, troubleshooting, and constantly improving the agency’s digital archive files and digital asset management.

Experience

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of comparable creative operations experience and/or project management in an advertising agency environment.

Salary Range

Our estimated range for this role is $85 - 95k

Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range.
