THE ROLE

The Machine Learning discipline is focused on developing the tools and supporting the delivery of process improvement and engineering through Intelligent Automation solutions. The Machine Learning Lead Analyst will contribute to the analysis, evaluation, programming and testing of automated solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, develop and test software robots and ML algorithms leveraging Robotic Process Automation, intelligent data extraction and Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning technologies.

• Collaborate with business partners and team members to identify, evaluate, and make recommendations on business process automation requirements.

• Propose enhancements to current processes; identify opportunities to simplify, streamline and automate using RPA or Machine Learning tools

• Plans and coordinates the integration, analysis and programming of multiple automation solutions.

• Facilitate the gathering and documentation of functional requirements together with business process owners and subject matter experts.

• Coordinate the full development lifecycle, from analysis to development & testing until golive and aftercare.

• Monitor, update and troubleshoot production digital workers.

• Maintaining knowledge of industry leading practices in RPA/IPA, generative AI and machine learning.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with developing automated workflows

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools

• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing

• Solid Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes.

• 5-6 years’ experience with 2+ years of experience working with RPA/Machine learning.

• Proven and demonstrable experience writing simple to complex code in RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Xceptor, Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, DataRobot, Dataiku

• Knowledgeable about architectural patterns, technology components, vendor solutions in the field of RPA and Machine Learning.
