Job Summary
This position/ resource is responsible for ongoing production support issues: triage and analysis. As well as daily application monitoring of the under 65 Retail market quotes and Salesforce Admin mailbox, and is the primary resource for the creation and monitoring of SalesForce reports and dashboards for Sales and SLT.Job Description
