Regional Field Marketing Manager
This role will be building marketing programs that drive pipeline for sales organizations within a territory. Customer centric, data driven marketer who knows B2B Marketing funnel dynamics. This will be a key participant in strategizing & delivering campaigns to market that resonate with our target audience, and ultimately inspire action. You're able to think strategically and are also comfortable executing the tactics needed to deliver outcomes.

Rapid7’s North America Growth Marketing team acts as an engine to fuel demand for Rapid7 solutions through innovative marketing programs.
About the Role
Plan and manage the marketing strategy for the East & Central Regions to include ABM programs, acquisition programs that generate new, high-quality engagements as well as programs to create cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Partner with East and Central sales leaders to ensure that our marketing programs are driving pipeline in their territories as well as ideating on programs to fill pipeline gaps.
Partner tightly with sales on target account lists; plan and deploy ABM programs to drive engagement in target accounts.
Manage and communicate relevant plans to the East and Central sales teams to include events, demand programs, webcasts, etc into one cohesive view to allow teams to leverage marketing activity in their regions.
Work with our pre- and post-sales teams to educate and deploy the aforementioned programs. This includes our sales development team, account executives, and our customer success organization.
Support Rapid7’s thematic campaigns by working with product marketing and the campaigns team on strategy, content, messaging, and execution
Ability to manage campaigns from idea to execution to measurement. You feel comfortable with all aspects of campaign creation and execution, from digital to events to direct mail.
Strong understanding of marketing funnel and sales funnel metrics and how the performance of your programs contribute to company goals
The skills you’ll bring include:
5-7 years of experience in a demand generation role, preferably in B2B, with sales experience and SaaS product knowledge a plus
Proficient in marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and a desire to learn new technologies including ABM ad platforms, direct mail automation, 3rd party intent (Bombora), and sales engagement platforms
Passionate about working with a fast-paced sales team
High level of comfort presenting campaigns and performance
Exceptional project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to measure and report on campaign performance to support overall marketing goals
Creative thinker, passionate about demand generation and marketing automation
Security industry experience and knowledge of the SaaS technology landscape preferred
