In this role you’ll develop, execute and optimize ABM programs for Rapid7’s strategic NA prospect and customer accounts. Your obsession with data and intent will inform your work in identifying audiences with propensity to buy, and rolling out thematic ABM programs that accelerate and drive pipeline growth, in partnership with regional field-marketing leads. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, have a proven record of building success with sales, and be data-driven in decision making.
About the Team
Rapid7’s North America Growth Marketing team acts as an engine to fuel pipeline and demand for Rapid7 solutions through innovative regional marketing programs across the region. This role will be a key participant in strategizing & delivering campaigns to market that resonate with our target audience, and ultimately inspire action. You're able to think strategically and are also comfortable executing the tactics needed to deliver outcomes.
About the Role
As the Account Based Marketing Manager for Rapid7, you will be responsible for developing and executing the ABM plan for North America. The ideal candidate has a history of successfully deploying ABM programs, collaborating with cross functional marketers, and understanding where they can drive impact for the business with ABM.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with sales development, sales, and channel to select accounts on intent-based research and then produce a plan that consists of both bespoke and existing messaging, campaigns, regional events, and more.
Cross-functionally align with the larger marketing team, including regional marketing, global demand generation, channel marketing, and digital marketing, to understand existing opportunities, improvement areas, and handoffs to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and prospects.
Be an internal evangelist of Account Based Marketing, educating teams within and outside of marketing on what ABM is and isn’t and how it can drive business impact when done effectively.
Set and track towards established ABM metrics, managing timelines, experimentation, budget, and ROI.
Partner with marketing operations and reporting teams to define the roadmap for ABM-related reporting optimization and software maximization
Define and implement repeatable processes to expand the ABM program across all strategic accounts globally
The skills you’ll bring include:
5-7 years experience managing enterprise B2B technology marketing programs, with several years of experience running ABM programs
Experience using marketing, sales, and ABM tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Terminus, Bombora, Sendoso, and more.
Strong analytical skills (including understanding of key ABX metrics, like MQAs) with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills
Proven project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
