Corporate Affairs Compliance AnalystPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To managing the filing of company’s corporate annual report and business licenses for compliance with state and local jurisdictions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Manages filing of company’s corporate annual reports and business licenses for compliance with state and local jurisdictions.
- Plans and schedules filings according to specified timeframes.
- Generates ad hoc reports for internal and external clients.
- Partners with multiple internal departments to gather information to complete filings.
- Maintains details and provides reporting used to track annual report and business license filings held by company.
- Acts as liaison with company registered agent to include reviewing and processing invoices.
- Coordinates projects assigned to the company registered agent and ensures completion.
- Supports relationships with state regulators to enhance company’s reputation and standing within the assigned area(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with corporate annual report and business license filing preferred.
