Content Strategy LeadPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Drives the development and execution of content strategies that support brand and business objectives, ensuring alignment with audience needs and optimizing content performance across digital channels through collaboration, creative leadership, and data-driven insights.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Develops and implement content strategies that support intent, evaluation, and conversion tailored to target audience needs with and solution offerings.
Collaborates with Growth Marketing Strategists to align content to the buyer journey and campaign objectives.
Leads the creation of high-impact content assets such as solution guides, case studies, SME blogs, videos, and podcasts.
Brainstorms and produces innovative content of delivery across web, email, social, and paid media channels.
Ensures all content is optimized for performance, accessibility, and engagement.
Partners with Growth Marketing Strategists to stay informed on priority business opportunities (“growth bridges”), new solution launches, updates, and differentiators.
Coordinates with campaign strategists to ensure timely availability of creative assets for new or active paid campaigns.
Collaborates with brand and creative teams to maintain consistency in voice and visual identity.
Serves as back-up to the Content Director for ad hoc needs as assigned by direct supervisor.
Establishes KPIs and measurement frameworks in partnership with Growth Marketing Strategists to evaluate content effectiveness.
Utilizes data and insights to refine content strategy and improve conversion outcomes.
Provides as-hoc support to the Director of Brand Strategy as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Marketing or Communications. Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge
Experience in content strategy, preferably within B2B or complex service environments; social media experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success in creating content that drives engagement and supports lead generation.
Strong understanding of the buyer journey and expertise in funnel-based content planning.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Experience managing content across digital channels, including web, email, and paid media.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of performance metrics and content optimization strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications
Analytical and interpretive skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership and project team management skills
Ability to produce clear, accurate, and actionable written reports
