ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction; and to ensure consistency in service delivery.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We are looking for driven individuals that embody our caring counts model and core values that include empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion.
OFFICE LOCATION: This role is based out of our Dublin, Ohio office. Candidates residing within a 25-mile radius of the Dublin office will work onsite. If you are located outside of this radius, the position will be remote.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Performs contract renewal and Client Service Instruction preparation for assigned accounts.
- Coordinates renewal pricing and completes location coding parameters; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports.
- Educates the client on loss data - drivers of cost impacting assigned programs.
- Coordinates project activity. Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Identifies issues that impact consistency and customer satisfaction; works with program management leadership to effect problem resolution; and assists with identifying office level service trends and establishes plans for service improvement.
- Identifies and solicits cross selling opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as required. Professional certifications as applicable to line of business preferred.
Experience
Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include one (1) year as an Account Coordinator or three (3) years adjuster experience. Familiarity with Ohio workers' compensation is also preferred.
