WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Simpli.fi is currently looking for a Vice President of Product Marketing to own how the company is understood in the market—by prospects, customers, analysts, and the broader ad tech ecosystem. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can translate a differentiated technical platform into a compelling market narrative, and then operationalize that narrative across every touchpoint where Simpli.fi shows up. The right candidate is a storyteller at their core: someone who can distill complex platform capabilities into clear, persuasive positioning that resonates with agency buyers, multi-location brand marketers, and franchise operators alike.

Reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead a product marketing team and partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

This role is based in Fort Worth, Texas.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own Simpli.fi’s market positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive narrative. Define how the company is understood—not just what it sells, but why it matters and how it is differentiated.
  • Translate the platform’s technical depth and differentiation into language that resonates with different buyer personas across agency, brand, and franchise segments.
  • Serve as the company’s chief storyteller—crafting narratives that shape analyst briefings, keynote content, thought leadership, and market-defining points of view.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and platform capabilities—including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, launch sequencing, and post-launch analysis.
  • Build repeatable launch frameworks that scale across Simpli.fi’s growing product portfolio and accelerate time-to-revenue.
  • Build a best-in-class sales enablement program that equips Sales and Customer Success with messaging, collateral, competitive intelligence, and vertical-specific tools to win and expand.
  • Drive deep understanding of buyer personas, customer needs, and market dynamics across agency, direct brand, and franchise segments. Translate insights into actionable GTM strategy.
  • Own competitive intelligence across at-scale platforms, single-capability DSPs, services aggregators, and specialized data providers. Ensure Simpli.fi’s differentiation is clear and defensible.
  • Monitor market trends—AI-driven optimization, omni-channel execution, retail media, privacy regulation—and translate implications into strategic recommendations.
  • Shape Simpli.fi’s point of view on key industry topics and develop thought leadership content strategy that establishes the company as a category-defining voice.
  • Partner with executive leadership to prepare for analyst briefings, speaking engagements, press interactions, and industry events.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product,Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 12+ years of marketing experience with at least 8 years in product marketing, including leadership roles at B2B technology or ad tech companies.
  • Proven ability to define and own a company’s market narrative—not just product messaging, but the strategic story that shapes how the company is perceived and positioned.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills: the ability to distill complex, technical platform capabilities into clear, compelling, and differentiated positioning for multiple audiences.
  • Experience marketing to agencies, multi-location brands, franchise systems, or other segments where location and local relevance drive buying decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, CTV, location-based targeting and measurement, and the competitive landscape.
  • Track record of building high-impact sales enablement programs and go-to-market launches that measurably accelerate pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience developing thought leadership and content strategies that establish category authority.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and demonstrated success building product marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

  • You think in narratives, and you can articulate why a company matters.
  • You have a natural instinct for how complex technical differentiation translates into market-facing stories that create preference and urgency.
  • You’ve built content and thought leadership strategies that shaped how a company was perceived in its category.
  • You thrive at the intersection of strategy
