WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Simpli.fi is currently looking for a Sales Director to join our Growth & Strategy team. The Sales Director, Growth & Strategy is responsible for driving revenue growth across an existing portfolio of agency and brand-direct accounts. As part of the Growth & Strategy organization, this role focuses on expanding client investment through renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships.

This role works closely with Account Executives, Client Success, and Product teams to identify growth opportunities, increase platform adoption, and ensure clients realize ongoing value from our solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of programmatic and digital media.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own revenue growth and retention across an assigned book of existing accounts.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase client investment through cross-sell, upsell, and expanded use cases.
  • Lead renewal strategy and commercial negotiations to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with Account Management and Client Success teams to drive adoption and performance outcomes.
  • Develop account growth plans aligned to client objectives and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with New Business Sales to support smooth client handoffs and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility across existing business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to agency and brand stakeholders.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital media, adtech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Experience managing and growing existing client relationships within a DSP, platform, or media environment.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, measurement, and campaign performance drivers.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to account planning and forecasting.
