WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
The Accounting Team is expanding and now hiring an AR Analyst! You’ll work in our Fort Worth, Texas location and report to the Accounting Manager.
You’ll possess strong organization, communication, and analytical skills. Additionally, you’re looking for a career in a growing and fast-paced company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Manage accounts receivable to include (but not limited to):
- Cash Application & Lockbox Management: Post cash for multiple subsidiaries deposit accounts, including the daily processing of lockbox entries.
- Strategic Collections: Manage collections for multiple subsidiaries
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations for the prior week’s activity to ensure financial accuracy.
- Client Relations & Support: Manage and resolve client inquiries through the Zendesk ticketing system, serving as a primary point of contact for external communication.
- Targeted Outreach: Perform direct, high-level outreach for customer accounts that exceed 90 days past due (specialized focus on high-priority accounts).
- Financials: Ensure the accuracy of company AR aging
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete filing systems to ensure proper documentation of AR which meet standard accounting regulations.
- Communication: Liaison with Client Services and/or Sales
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- 0-3 years of corporate accounting and/or AR related experience
- Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting or similar field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong excel skills
- Netsuite experience is a strong plus
