Stirling is a scrappy, fast-paced agency that loves rolling up our sleeves to deliver bold ideas and exceptional results – focused on brand development, performance marketing, and technology. We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to join our evolving client services team and bring energy, expertise, and personality to everything we do.

Notably, this role will take ownership of the marketing account management for one of our favorite clients – a mission-driven tech startup. You’ll oversee deliverables, timelines, campaign reporting, and business reviews, ensuring our work aligns with the client’s goals and drives results. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to consult on the client’s product implementation processes, customer success initiatives, and related strategies, while tagging in on fringe accounts focused on UX and development.

What we're looking for in a Senior Account Manager:

  • Partner with clients, external resources, and our internal team to deliver marketing programs that drive results through content, social, digital, video, and website-related initiatives.
  • Take ownership of our mission-driven tech startup client, owning both marketing/campaign-focused deliverables in collaboration with our broader team.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team and creative minds to uncover client business/marketing goals and bring new ideas to our clients.
  • Own agendas, notes, meeting preparation, brand workshop logistics, client satisfaction, deliverables, timelines, and more for a dedicated account list, while providing support to the rest of the client team as needed.
  • Serve as both the voice of the client and the voice of the agency as you bring everyone to the table.
  • Prepare scopes of work, proposals, client presentations, and whatever else may be needed to serve our clients exceptionally.
  • Pull analytics reports and other key metrics to show clients a return on investment (ROI) and key optimizations to continue to grow.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to create memorable moments, showcase our commitment, and promote the agency brand.
  • Manage client budgets and work closely with the finance and leadership team to oversee deliverables and client billing.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of agency experience preferred.
  • A creative, solutions-oriented individual passionate about client services, with a strong interest in B2B/branding/marketing.
  • Fluent in technology, with bonus points for prior website, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and/or SaaS platform experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and a high level of “presence,” able to think on your feet in strategy or client conversations.
  • Experience in leading or supporting platform rollouts, webinars, and customer training is a major plus.
  • Solid attention to detail and QA skills to deliver polished work.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and sees every task as an opportunity to support the team or clients.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, events, and conferences as needed.
