At Stirling Brandworks, we believe that what doesn't challenge you doesn't change you. We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager who is ready to embrace change, challenge the status quo, and create work that matters.

This role will be the day-to-day driver for a mix of marketing, brand, and website projects, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and with impact. You’ll work closely with clients, our internal creative and development teams, and senior staff to keep projects moving, while developing your strategic skills and growing into a trusted client partner.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day on client accounts, driving project timelines and managing expectations across advertising, brand development, and website projects.
  • Coordinate across creative and development teams to oversee workflow, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through completion.
  • Prepare and manage meeting agendas, notes, project trackers, and status updates to keep clients and teams aligned.
  • Support campaign reporting and analytics to demonstrate ROI and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to contribute to client marketing strategies, campaign planning, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as both the voice of the client and the voice of the agency—building strong relationships while advocating for great work.
  • Assist with scopes of work, proposals, and presentations as part of client service and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to surprise and delight clients, strengthen relationships, and showcase Stirling’s commitment.



Who You Are
  • 2-4 years of experience in an account management, project management, or client-facing role, preferably within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Proactive and organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once without missing a beat.
  • A desire to learn and develop your skills in marketing strategy and client growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Passion for the creative industry and an understanding of the processes behind advertising, brand, and web development projects.
  • Solid attention to detail and QA skills to ensure polished deliverables.
