Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Operations Analyst to partner with our Global AI Infra & Strategic Pursuits sales team. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, operations, and business performance, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and overall business impact.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with sales, revenue, and business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient program execution.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels are required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for organizational and data analytics purposes.

  • Provide weekly and ad-hoc analysis/reporting for Sales leadership to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance to support the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives.

  • Drive adoption of sales tools, processes, and reporting dashboards to the sales team.

  • Evaluate deal structures, margin analysis, and discounting trends to support optimized deal outcomes and sustained revenue growth.

  • Proactively identify performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and revenue risks, and provide ongoing, data-driven recommendations to improve sales execution and outcomes.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to facilitate annual GTM planning and assist the sales team with handling territory integrity continuously.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, Business Development, Compensation, and other key Oracle groups to support planning cycles, incentive alignment, and implementation of scalable processes that drive growth and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of demonstrated success in an operations or finance role, preferably in the AI industry.

  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, performance tracking, and revenue drivers.

  • Solid understanding of technology products to bridge the sales and technical operations gap.

  • Experience supporting sales organizations with performance insights, planning, and operational strategy.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.

  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills, including Excel-based modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Oracle Analytics or similar) to build impactful dashboards and reports.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Sales Cloud or similar CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience partnering at the executive level.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hyperscale cloud platforms or large-scale infrastructure solutions
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing workloads
