Position Overview: As a Digital Photographer at Sierra.com, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality images that showcase our products in the best light. You will work closely with our e-commerce team to create compelling visual content for our website. Your creativity and technical skills will help us present our brand in a visually engaging way, driving customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-resolution images of products, including clothing, equipment, and accessories, ensuring accuracy and detail.
• Organize and manage photo assets, including creating and maintaining a digital library for easy access and retrieval.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and digital content creation to continuously enhance our visual presentation.
• Work closely with, stylists, and other team members to ensure the final images reflect the intended vision and messaging.
• Utilize Sierra Style Guides to execute On and Off figure Photography

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a digital photographer, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Proficiency in digital photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles, with a focus on e-commerce photography
• Excellent eye for detail and a strong sense of composition, lighting, and color.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Innovative and creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and image optimization for web use.
• Familiarity with outdoor gear and apparel is a plus.

This position has a starting pay range of $24.65 to $43.15 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
