Logistics Communications Specialist
Job summary
The Logistics Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the TJX US Logistics division. Overall support to include supporting the creation of presentations for Logistics leadership and regular newsleters / organizational announcments, while managing content within the Logistics Intranet & website.
Internal Communciations Responsibilities:
- Create presentations for senior leadershipin support communication with internal & external partners within TJX
- Create newsletters & organizational announments based on Logistics team input
- Partner with internal stakeholders to craft and distribute regular newsletters & organizationla announcements
- Assist with the strategy, content and anaysis for TJX Logistics intranet & website
- Work with internal partners to draft updates and manage details within the TJX Logistics intranet & website
- Follow internal communications processes to ensure consistent execution of communication projects and deliverables
- Work with IT to understand best practices and troubleshoot issues related to intranet functionality
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with various levels of the organization
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines, while maintaining confidentiality
Quick learner, strong work ethic, and comfortable working in a team or individually
Interest and ability in using communication and marketing technology tools
Required software: Sharepoint, Microsoft Office
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
At least 1 year of experience in Communications or Marketing
