The Opportunity

Workhuman is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to lead and grow our global analyst relations program. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between the analyst community and our internal teams, driving thought leadership, market influence, and Workhuman’s visibility across leading industry evaluations. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the world’s most trusted analysts see the future of recognition, engagement, and AI-powered workplace technology—while working with a passionate, collaborative team that thrives on innovation and impact.

** This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office**

  • Experience in analyst relations, B2B marketing, or corporate communications within HR tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.

  • A deep understanding of HR technology trends, particularly in recognition, engagement, and workplace culture.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and executive-level briefing content.

  • Proven project management skills with sharp attention to detail.

  • Confidence collaborating across functions and geographies, with a proactive and strategic mindset.

  • Comfort and expertise in briefing analysts.

  • Analytical ability to turn analyst research into actionable insights for internal and external use.

Achievements

  • You have successfully managed analyst relations programs that resulted in improved coverage, rankings, or positioning.

  • You have built strong, lasting relationships with key analyst firms and influencers.

  • You have developed impactful narratives and materials tailored to analyst audiences.

  • You have influenced brand or product positioning through insights from analyst research.

  • You have worked cross-functionally to prepare leaders for analyst briefings and industry evaluations.

  • You have delivered measurable impact in analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or G2.
