The Opportunity: Contribute to The Growth Of Your Career

Hands-on Quality Assurance Analyst II to join TJX's North American Supply Chain Solution Delivery team. In this role will be a part of Supply Chain Team responsible for delivering on key initiatives in our retail Price Ticket and Supply Chain labeling space.

Providing QA Testing support of enterprise scale systems to meet business needs for an international retail company. Provide testing support that address critical business needs and key enhancements to our product suite across 25+ distribution center sites globally. Prior familiarity with Automated Testing will help enable testing capabilities of our software systems.

What you will need:

• 3-5 years solid knowledge of QA methodologies and different types of testing
• Hybrid role – requires working on-site at corporate office 2 + days a week in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
• Proven ability to analyze, innovate, architect, design and develop test scripts/cases
• Agile Framework experience

• Ability to work autonomously, as well as, collaboratively applying problem solving, critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and alter direction as priorities change, lead large projects and/or program workload
• Hardworking, eager with desire to continue growing and learning

Plus skills:

• QA tester experience - ticketing/warehouse management/supply chain testing desired
• Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and test management (Zephyr) knowledge – or similar tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server with the ability to write queries, understand database architecture and incorporate data validation/mining into test activities
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent

What you’ll do

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand requirements, devise a test plan to cover the requirements, develop high-level test scenarios that implement the strategy and elaborate scenarios into detailed test cases.
• Own the QA role throughout each project, including:
  • • Consumption of requirements
    • Creation and execution of tests (manual and automated)

• On-site testing that includes the use of industrial printer hardware
• Monitoring/reporting of testing progress, incorporating schedule/scope changes as needed
• Identification and management of defects
• Triage and root cause investigation of complex defects, determine when and what to re-test

• Understand the build and deployment pipeline for automation
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise for the systems under test and use that expertise to create, maintain, and extend the automation repository
• Support Proof of concept activities for new areas of automation, collaborate with the business and development teams to produce requirements that are well-documented and clear

• Participate in team process improvement. Understand development lifecycle, participate in its continuous improvement
• Assist in planning and coordinating the implementation of new QA Technologies
