What you’ll do

The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Finance, Human Resources, Collaboration, and Analytics. The Product Analyst will be a key member of a Global Finance scrum team eliciting, refining and functional testing of user stories.

This individual will partner with Product Owners contributing to feature refinement showcasing strong product and business process knowledge in the Finance domain.

Will collaborate to provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to Product Analysts, drive the creation of test cases from acceptance criteria, lead test execution in compliance with TJX standards, and supports knowledge transfer:

• Works with the product owner and business SMEs to assemble detailed requirements, supports functional feature discovery efforts, analyzing business processes, and defining integrated solution requirements

• Contributes to the product team backlog refinement, including estimation & testing considerations

• Supports the PO with impact analysis, requirement context gathering, and building consensus, achieving integration goals, ensuring functional integrity of the solution, and assessing relative costs/benefits that aid in decision making

• Collaborates on development of test scripts, participates in testing to support solution validation

• Acts as a functional SME for business stakeholders and the scrum team

What you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience: engineering training, or functional work experience

• 3 years in Agile environment - methodology

• Experience with implementations of SaaS and on-prem applications

• Business facing experience, taking ideas from conception to implementation - problem solving and critical thinking to tackle complex business problems

Desired Qualifications

• Treasury Management System experience (Kyriba, FIS, or SAP).

Knowledge of:

• Oracle EBS, Vertex, ReconNet, C2FO, OneSource, OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics, Itamlink, Lucernex, or other key financial applications

• Java, .NET Framework, ERP applications

• Middleware such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft

• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS)
