Job Summary:

• Creates and maintains dashboards and generates reporting for Distribution Services
• Prepares data visualizations and uses data to forecast or guide business activity
• Improves the efficiency and effectiveness supporting the operation through increased automation.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Partners with Data Science team to source data from various data sets
• Performs reporting and direct analysis on data to provide recommendations for operational improvement or cost reduction
• Identifies new reporting or tool opportunities
• Designs reports and data bases
• Training for end users on reporting and tools
• Documents process flow of reporting
• Liaison between business partners and Data Science team
• Demonstrates a keen understanding of data; identifies and translates the connections and core issues to operational and financial controls.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
• Supports ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Work closely with the business and Data Engineering team to improve the data collection and quality
• Ability to generate facts from relational database, segment lists, execute test design and gather requirements from business partners.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Kronos knowledge; SCAN, WLM,
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos
• Data modeling/mining
• Advanced Analytical skills
• Off-price model understanding
• Good understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture
• Experience working with large datasets to extract, manipulate and analyze customer performance using business intelligence
• Abililty to travel to multiple locations based on business need
