Who We Are
At TJX, our Cybersecurity Program Management Office is an integral component of the Office of the CISO organization. We drive strategic alignment and execution of security initiatives across the organization, ensuring consistent planning, prioritization, and delivery of Cybersecurity programs.
Our team is responsible for supporting all aspects of our Cybersecurity organization including strategy, execution, delivery, budget and reporting of our services. What you’ll do
As a Senior Project Manager for Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for delivering Cybersecurity projects and initiatives. You will align resources and partner with stakeholders to deliver business value while ensuring business impact is understood, supported and minimized. You will manage timelines that meet business objectives and enable the team to deliver with quality and on budget. You will keep leadership and stakeholders apprised of progress and identify when challenges arise to maintain visibility and align stakeholders around alternatives. Responsibilities will include maintaining detailed project plans, real-time contingency planning and schedule adjustment, owning the relationship with our partners relative to the initiatives and projects you’re responsible for, and identifying opportunities to improve our delivery practices to be more efficient and effective in the future.
What you’ll need
As a Project and Initiative owner in Cyber, you will provide a planned execution structure that helps engineers, analysts and leaders think through their work and prioritize their time effectively. You will respond to externalities and challenges, re-planning when needed while keeping leadership and stakeholders aligned on delivery changes. Critical thinking skills are a must in this role.
Successful candidates will have:
10+ years’ experience making technical and process changes in a large enterprise environment – planning for contingencies, understanding change impact, navigating change management processes, and achieving buy-in from stakeholders and service customers
7+ years’ experience supporting technology in a regulated environment (SOX, PCI, GxP, GLBA, GDPR, CCPA)
Strong knowledge of Cyber Security technologies and awareness of NIST CSF
Experience leading projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, building and maintaining relationships with key contributors, stakeholders and being comfortable with challenging the status quo when needed
Relevant undergraduate BA, BS degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience
Preferred skills:
Six Sigma, process improvement, ITIL experience preferred
Expertise with MS Planner, Project, Jira, Jira Align preferred

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
