Real Estate Administration Analyst

The Real Estate Asset Management team oversees all lease related matters for our dynamic and continuously expanding portfolio of retail stores, distribution centers, and offices. As a Real Estate Administration Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting this function while gaining comprehensive commercial real estate knowledge. In this position, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, build lasting professional relationships, and develop valuable skills in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and abstract critical information for all new lease agreements, lease amendments and renewal letters into Lucernex, ensuring proper approvals for SOX compliance.
- Process estoppels and SNDAs for landlord financing and sales transactions.
- Process Landlord address changes and follow up for missing required documentation.
- Review, negotiate and process consent requests from landlords, including large shopping center redevelopments. Collaborate with landlords and Real Estate Directors to analyze requests, develop strategies and make informed decisions.
- Research lease related questions from other departments and reach out to Landlords to assist in resolving issues, if needed.
- Assist other Real Estate teams with special projects and related lease negotiations/modifications.
- Perform quarterly SOX audits to ensure internal compliance.
- Negotiate rent reductions and additional terms for existing locations.
- Research inducement violations, generating significant cost savings.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in Lucernex.
- Resolve landlord questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
- Complete special projects as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or lease-related role, including data entry and supporting high-volume operations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong negotiation skills considered a plus
- Ability to interpret and analyze legal documents
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
